Comcast Outage Refund
BlogComcast Outage Refund - This outage impacted me as i work remotely and had to cancel several meetings. Is it possible to process a partial. Submit a request | xfinity by comcast. 20 votes, 24 comments. Xfinity knows when there are outages. I shouldn’t have to monitor and ask for this. How can i get refunded for the many many hours (just in the past month!) that comcast has failed to provide the service i paid for? Not sure what i'm paying for if i can. Hi, multiple outages have occurred on my wifi in the past pay period. Please refer to my account for times and dates, and apply the refunds accordingly. I saw a couple of days ago that others are requesting a refund for the outages caused by the winter storm. I live in the central area and i was without services for 4 days.
